Hixon’s Fixin’s is a small, family-run joint. After working in a handful of independent and corporate restaurants for nearly a decade, Jake learned more than a few tips and tricks. He also learned that grilling the perfect piece of meat is an art. That realization lead Jake to get to work creating the perfect grill seasoning for any occasion, so your food will still hit the mark even if your grilling sucks. Our Original Grill Seasoning was an immediate fan favorite and lead to the development of a handful of other seasonings and mixes, all of which are free from gluten, dairy, nuts, and most other common allergen ingredients. And while we can’t make you the backyard BBQ boss, we hope to give you some tools to make your next meal something we all can be proud of.
