Our Alfredo sauce recipe is perfect for a quick and delicious meal, and it couldn’t be any simpler.

Course: Main

Prep Time: 30 Minutes

Cook Time: 30 Minutes

Serves: 4 People

INGREDIENTS

32 oz heavy cream

1/2 stick butter

2 tbsp garlic salt

2 cups shredded parmesan cheese

1 tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook pasta according to instructions on packaging. Save some pasta water; it is full of flavor and can be used to thin out the sauce if needed.

In a large skillet or pan, heat butter over medium heat until melted. Do not burn.

Stir in heavy cream, garlic salt, and pepper, and cook for approximately 10 minutes (longer if cooking for a group) until the sauce reduces, stirring occasionally. Taste the sauce while it cooks and add more seasonings if needed.

Once the sauce is almost the right consistency, add half of the parmesan cheese to the mixture and stir well until smooth. Keep over heat and stir well until cheese is melted.

Toss alfredo sauce with pasta and add to plate. Top with the remaining cheese.

Pro Tip: Top the pasta with grilled chicken or veggies cooked separately.
